Many people might have their ways of interpreting this song, but for me it has to do with a man that has an intense physical attraction to a woman he doesn't want to be with because he knows that he doesn't love her. The problem is that the attraction is so intense, that he keeps coming back for more.
Sincerely I love Kanye for this only, just because his songs are different and unique. Keep up with the good work Kanye.
